Thank Goodness it’s Friday! I’ve been so excited to post this weeks Fish Friday Recipe. Salmon Season is here & I have a Simple & Easy (& Delicious) Recipe for anyone to make for Dinner.
This Weeks Fish Friday Recipe: Cheesy Onion Crusted Baked Salmon

2 lb salmon fillet
1 small onion, thinly sliced
salt, ground black pepper
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
½ Tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 Teaspoons garlic salt
2 Teaspoons onion powder
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place the salmon fillet on the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper & onion powder.
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard and garlic salt.
Cover the surface of the salmon with the mayo mixture.
Top with the sliced onions.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Evenly coat with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.
Pair with some green beans & mashed potatoes & dinner is served. AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS. Fish On! -H
