Perch Fish Fry Sandwich

Only 5 Ingredients- Fish Friday Perch Sandwich

This surprisingly turned out much tastier than what I was expecting. & it is amazingly simple (& filling).

  • Perch Filets
  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Croutons
  • Oil (Vegetable)

Turn your stove burner on low. Fill your frying pan with vegetable oil. Let it heat up for 10 mins or so. 

 Breading: Put croutons into a sandwich bag and crush with rolling pin into crumbs. 

Pat dry filets with paper towel. 

Dip filets into egg wash. (1/4 cup Milk & 2 Eggs)

Bread filets on both sides. 

Place in hot oil. 

Fry for 6 mins. (Flip over at 3 mins. )

Place filets on paper towel to dry. 

Eat as Fish sticks or make a delicious fish fry sandwich.
