Italian Seasoned Honey Mustard Salmon


Seafood: 2 Salmon Fillets

Bread: 3/4c Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Oils: 2tbsp Olive Oil

Spices: 1tsp Black Pepper, 1tsp Salt, 1tbsp Garlic Powder

Condiments: 3/4c Honey Mustard, 1tbsp Lemon Juice


Mix in a bowl, Honey Mustard, Garlic Powder & Lemon Juice

Coat each side of Salmon with mixture. 

In a seperate bowl, mix bread crumbs, salt and pepper. 

Dip salmon in dry mix and coat both sides.

In a glass dish, rub with olive oil and place salmon in dish. Bake at 400F for 15 mins. Serve hot with vegetables and Enjoy!
