I really admire as to how simple and delicious this dish turned out. I would say that it is more of a side dish rather than a meal. But I think with some added chicken it would be a home run dinner for the whole family.
In a skillet warm up 2 tbsp olive oil, a pinch of salts, & 1 tbsp of garlic powder. Add Tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Put tomatoes in a glass pan.
Top with bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle with basil and Parmesan cheese
Bake in oven at 350F for 10 minutes.
Serve hot. Enjoy 🙂
